Shigatse Peace Airport project
Power monitoring system of central distribution station
Shigatse Peace Airport is located in the eastern part of Jiangdang Township, east of Sangzhuzi District, Shigatse City, Tibet Autonomous Region. It is near State Road 318 and 43 kilometers away from the downtown area of Sangzhuzi District, Shigatse City. Its altitude is 3782 meters and is the fifth civil airport after Lhasa Kongga International Airport, Qamdo Bangda Airport, Nyingchi Mainling Airport and Nagri Gunsa Airport. Its operation has further enhanced the air transport in Tibet Autonomous Region and perfected the air transport network layoutnet and integrated transport system in the region. With a total investmenttotal investment of 532 million yuan, the construction project of Shigatse Peace Airport is one of the 188 key national projects implemented in Tibet by the state during “the 11th Five-Year Plan”. It can satisfy the movement of Airbus A319 and Boeing 737.
Our company is responsible for the power monitoring system of central distribution station of the airport and will provide reliable guarantee for the electrical safety of power transformation and distribution.
The system contains HV/LV and imitation screens. Since the equipment is concentrated in the central distribution station, the system server and communication management machine are installed in the monitoring console in the central distribution station. The monitoring equipment is connected to the communication management machine in the console via RS485 bus. Information will be uploaded to the server via the communication management machine.
The HV part of the system can achieve the following functions, such as remote opening and closing, fault and protection event alarm, change indication of switch position, handcart position and grounding switch position, inquiry of SOE event, display of load curve and real-time display of a variety of analog quantity and state quantity.
The LV part of the system can achieve the following functions, such as display of switch status, alarm of communication abnormality and display of specific remote measured data. In addition, the LV part can also generate power consumption statements that meet users’ requirements.
The system can also communicate with the imitation screen in real-time. It can upload the switch conditions of LV circuit and current data of three phases to the imitation screens in real-time. The position of switch, handcart and grounding switch in HV part can also be unloaded to the imitation screen, so that the personnel will know the power consumption situation at any time.
Several hundreds of multi-function electric meter, microcomputer-based integrated protection devices and other products are used in the project, so that the safe and efficient operation of Shigatse Peace Airport.
