Smart measuring & controlling meters
Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel is a two-way six-lane tunnel with a speed of 80 km/h. The total investment of this project is about USD 500millions. The total length of the left and right shield tunnels across Yangtze River is 6042 meters. The diameter of Yangtze River Tunnel is 14.93 meters which ranks No.2 in shield tunnel in the world.
This project applies PD19 series smart measuring & controlling meters and is equipped with Sfere-PMS power monitoring system. This system adopts S3100 series pre-communication manager to collect data of PD19 series smart measuring & controlling meters and use the existing network of tunnel to carry out data transmission. User can check real-time operation status of distribution room circuit of tunnel through backstage computer. Once an electrical parameter is off-limit, backstage computer will send an alarm to inform relevant personnel to handle the problem so as to avoid secondary loss and guarantee the safety of tunnel.
