Canada picks international team for new Champlain Bridge

A consortium of eight businesses has been named as the preferred bidder for a PPP project to replace the Champlain Bridge in Montreal, Canada

Signature on the Saint-Lawrence Group is the preferred proponent for the new Bridge for the St Lawrence Corridor. The group is made up of:

ACS Infrastructure

Hochtief PPP Solutions

Dragados

Flatiron Construction

MMM Group

TY Lin International

International Bridge Technologies.

An early works agreement will be signed between Signature on the Saint-Lawrence Group and the Government of Canada to take advantage of this year’s spring and summer construction seasons. This will enable a start to be made over the coming weeks, with the project agreement executed by the end of July and major construction starting shortly after.
