Lanzhou-Xinjiang High-speed Railway project

A set of independently-developed high-end power monitoring system

Lanzhou-Xinjiang High-speed Railway (also known as Second Lanzhou-Xinjiang Double-Line Railway and Lanzhou-Xinjiang Passenger Dedicated Railway Line) is a passenger dedicated high-speed railway line in operation in China, and also the one-time completed high-speed railway with longest traffic mileage of 1776 km in the world. It, as the first national Class I double-line electrified railway in northwest, is stretched from Lanzhou to Urumqi passing through Sining. The max speed of passenger train is designed as 250 km/h (further acceleration conditions reserved for Lanzhou~Sining segment and Hami~Urumqi segment), which is accelerated significantly compared with the speed of the train that has been in and out of Xinjiang previously, and therefore, the travel time from Xinjiang to mainland is shortened. It is an important part of Gansu railway, Qinghai railway and Xinjiang railway. 

With the completion of Lanzhou-Xinjiang High-speed Railway, a round-the-clock and capable high-speed railway passenger corridor between Xinjiang and the mainland is established, greatly reducing the driving time. As the first high-speed railway built in northwest high-cold and blown-sand region of China, it faciliates the accumulation of valuable exploration experience for the development of fast railway and high-speed railway in this kind of region.

With the use of over 300 PD19 series intelligent measuring and controlling instruments and 200 PA19 series intelligent digital ammeters developed and manufactured by Jiangsu SFERE Electric Co., Ltd., and the providing of a set of independently-developed high-end power monitoring system, the output of real-time and accurate power monitoring information of Lanzhou-Xinjiang High-speed Railway during operation is guaranteed significantly.
