In October 2016, a world famous equipment manufacturer from USA contacted us to seek cooperation, it is no doubt a good opportunity for our company to dominate the international market, our company attached great importance to it.

This company has a high quality standard, which is a serious challenge for our company. In the process of sample development, in order to ensure product quality, Wanda slewing bearing is strictly in accordance with the procedure of new product development (slewing ring APQP). During production process, our production dept is in strict accordance with the operating instructions and process sheet. We have also conducted slicing experiment to ensure heat treatment stability of slewing ring. During this period, our company arranged special personnel for this, the slewing ring sample was perfectly completed in February 2017 and passed performance test of slewing ring.

This company was very satisfied with our sample. In June 2017,they placed a mass order, which is a recognition of our product and will also deepen the cooperation. In order to ensure the quality of slewing ring, our company set up a special team and conducted "6Sigma green belt training" for this slewing ring project. Our company also raised the requirement for "5S" Work of slewing ring and set up special funds to motivate the project.
