Extra-thick strengthening-structure flange design is another characteristic of DMP305X monosilicon differential pressure transmitter. Process flange known as waist-structure flange is a standard accessory for various brands of differential pressure transmitter. Using 4 screws to fix the differential pressure transmitter from two sides, the process connection front is 1/4-18(F) thread and the back side is the plug with vent valve. Domestic manufacturers always purchase the plugs from housing manufacturer directly which is characterized by poor quality, cutting corners, rough processing, low costs. It is not suitable for high-end process industry such as petrochemical engineering.
