Patented design

The overload protection diaphragm located between the process isolating diaphragm and reference-end diaphragm, with sanitary fluid fully filled internally. The pressure applied and reference pressure are transferred from the isolating diaphragm to the sensing element by means of filling fluid, to form a pressure monitoring system with overload and anti-condensation protection. In normal measurement, process isolating diaphragm becomes deformed after contact pressure which is transferred to overload protection diaphragm and sensing element by filling fluid so as to realize measuring.

Overload protection

Process isolating diaphragm has the same ripple structure as solid capsule body. When pressure applied is too large, the overload protection diaphragm will become deformed towards the reference pressure end, avoiding much filling fluid transferred to sensing element, then the process isolating diaphragm clings to the capsule body, though the pressure applied increase sequentially, the filling fluid will no longer be transferred to sensing element so as to achieve overload protection. When back to normal, the measuring accuracy will not be effected thanks to the good elasticity property of single crystal silicon material.

Condensation protection

The atmospheric reference pressure is transferred from the isolating diaphragm and filling fluid to the sensing element without the effect of ambient humidity so as to guarantee the factory security.
