1.5 Auto pallets strapping machine(1set)
Design requirement
The whole cardboard pallets will be handled to the position for PET strapping by two bands .
Way of sealing: Friction.

Strapping tension is adjustable, with the bands PET.
Strapping speed:15 seconds/strapping,Strapping percent of pass≥99.9%。
Deviation rate of strapping≤30mm,with good band straightness and flatness
The adhesive strength: ≥ 80% of PET tensile strength i.e. 1200N。
Except the auto working function, it is also could be manually operated, and switched over easily between manual and auto.
Auto conveyor stop : After the pallets are handled away, the conveyor will stop automatically after being sensed by the photo eye, which save a lot of operating cost and improve the machine service life.
It is function of “Free from working”, the pallets will not be strapped when the strapper is set at “free”, thus the operator can handle the packaging process according to needs.
The lance passing, turntable rotating is powered by electric with auto frequency adjusting, which ensure the machine softly start, softly stop and run stably.

SIEMENS touch screen for interface between machine and human. It shows the running status and failure warning for convenience of trouble shooting.

Film head:
Film head is with powered stretching unit, stretching ratio is 200%

Double chains for stale film head lifting.
The speed is adjustable for film head up/down and film feeding.
Wrapping cycles at the bottom and top is controlled separately.
Film feeding servo unit for easy film manual pulling.
Film head is installed with door for easy film changing. Stretch roller is powered by AC motor, and the film tension is adjusted by the inverter.
Film head with door: This design could be ease the film changing. It has changed the normal design that film thread with S way. It better avoid the hurt the hands of operator when change the film in the film head, with good protection for the operator’s safety.
Auto film clamp& Cutting unit
Pneumatic controlled unit to enhance the working efficiency.
In the process of wrapping, the film blowing unit will blow up the film tail when the clamp open. The arm rotate and wrap the film tail under the wrapping film.
After wrapping, the film clamp unit clip the film end tail, at the same time of cutting, the heat sealing unit will seal the film together to avoid the film tails left.
