This week our horizontal boring and milling MH-110R2 machine got well assembled and now is ready to be shipped to our customers in the US. We are very excited to know that our machine is going to serve the needs of the US NAVY.

Why our customers are interested in this model? The answer won’t be complicated:

First, it has the special combination of box-in-box spindle setup, dual ball screw driven Y axis combined with FOUR roller guide ways for maximum cutting stability in large size mold making. In addition, the machine also come with the highly rigid box ways, ball screws, and worm gear automatic lubrication system, which provides a highly satisfying compact rotary table design.

Secondly, there is a Heidenhain angle encoder installed in the rotary table center shaft. It is also combined with specially designed hydraulic clamping system and positioning index pins, so the machine can achieve any cutting angle.

The last but not the least, Lymco’s MH-110R2 horizontal boring and milling machine has reinforced heavy cutting angles at 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270° as included features. All these resulting in superior accuracy and cutting efficiency of the machine.

Quality is the best LYMCOs policy, that is why we do our best to achieve the highest results while working on every case.
