Generator Slip Ring

In modern time, along with the decrease of non-renewable resources, people becoming to pay more attention to research the new type energy. Wind power has become the world's fastest growing source of energy. Then generator slip ring begin to widely used in wind turbine generator.

During wind turbine generator rotate 360 degree, lead wires are usually intertwined. To solve this problem, it needs a slip ring. Slip ring can not only stopped the wires intertwined, but also can transmit power and signal during rotating. In recent years, JINPAT has researched LPW series slip ring used in horizontal axis wind turbine which is very welcomed in wind turbine generator area. LPW series slip ring adapt to the wind turbine generator with power range from 0.75W to 2.5MW, has high protection class, because JINPAT have added an extra sealing device at the rotary joint. In order to ensure the stable of the slip rings do not get hurt from the variations in temperature, they have install the radiator and the low temperature heating device automatically.
