1. Description
It can meet GB/T 2106-80 ‘metal Charpy (V type notch) impact test method’ and GB/T 229-2007 ‘metal Charpy (U-type notch) impact test method’, as well as the corresponding request of ASTM E23, ISO148, ISO0083 standards at home and abroad.
2.Usage and Charateristics
This machine adopts high-precision ball screw drive, linear guide and support, this structure ensures the broach of stability and geometric precision of incision. This product is equipped with a duplex-bit broach, which can be processed simultaneously sample two gaps: a V-type and a U-type (also two V-or U-notch). Whether processing V-or U-notched ATC is not required, processing one sample gap only need 10 seconds, it is easy to operate and reliable for processing the V-and U-gap.

(1) The broaching machine adopts W18Cr4V manufacturing, high hardness, good wear resistance.
(2) Each broach can process the samples as many as 20,000.
