1. Description

YAW series automatic compression testing machine adopts computer control, constant speed loading to automatic complete test.

This machine mainly used for the compressive strength test to brick, stone, cement, concrete materials, which can also be used to other materials compressive performance tests.

Hydraulic System:

The hydraulic oil in the oil tank move into the oil line through motor drive the high pressure pump, it will pass through the single-way valve, high pressure filter,differential pressure valve group, servo valve and move into the oil pump.The computer gave signal to the servo valve to control the servo valve’s opening and direction and then to control flow to the oil pump and realize the constant speed test force control.

Control System

The system include the digital servo valve, high precision transducer, controller and software. It can meet the standard of GB, ISO, ASTM.
