New service DARE!! Instruments

10 YEARS’ SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

In the year of DARE’s 25th anniversary we introduce a 10 years' SLA to further extend our service on the Radi-products. This new service will improve the quality and prevent you from unforeseen high service costs.

In the past 25 years DARE!! Instruments developed several technically advanced and innovative instruments. For example; the first LASER powered field probe was invented by DARE!! in 1999 as a better alternative for battery powered probes, getting rid of the battery problems; always empty when you need it! Many product developments followed, e.g. the RadiPower power meters, the RadiGen signal generator and the most recent innovation the RadiField E-field generator.

WARRANTY, SERVICE AND CALIBRATION

DARE!! Instruments offers a 3-year standard warranty on all Radi-products. In case of a defect the repair service of DARE!! Instruments will repair the product based on a RMA. A RMA can be requested on the website of DARE!! Instruments. After repair an instrument can be ISO17025 calibrated by DARE!! Calibrations. The calibration ensures proper operation, accuracy and traceability of the Radi-product.

THREE SERVICE LEVELS

Our new SLA will provide the customer a choice of three levels each offering different services:

1: BASIC : Repair service (components and labor)

2: EXTRA: BASIC + ISO17025 re-calibration after repair

3: FULL: EXTRA + loan instrument + yearly ISO17025 re-calibration

ADVANTAGES OF THE SLA

- Customer selectable service fee

- All-in price for a period of 10 years (transportation excluded)

- Maximum repair turnaround time (2 weeks)

- Free loan unit if repair takes more than 2 weeks (full service)

- ISO17025 quality ensured (extra/full service)

Each service level will have a very cost attractive fixed price per instrument valid for a period of 10 years! The selection of service levels is completely flexible, meaning a RadiCentre configuration with several plug-in card instruments can each have their own service level.
